Rainbow Blog

Rainbow is on Track for opening July the 2nd 2011 - so get set for the 2011 Snow Season - with a Rainbow early bird seasons pass.
We know its hard to think of snow storms and sliding down slopes of the freezing white powder. But as the days get shorter the change is in the air!!

2011 Seasons passes are now available at low early bird prices up until the end of March.

We bring you the LOW priced 2011 seasons passes early so that we can get the field ready for the upcoming season.  We have a huge effort every year getting the road and facilities ready to open the first week in in July. We have club members and volunteers doing their bit to make sure it all happens. A lot of work needs to be funded, and your early bird passes help us get the needed equipment, and work done to open on time and with all facilities maintained and operating.

If you would like to help out with work parties (and get even lower priced seasons passes) then drop us a line at members@skirainbow.co.nz with your contact details and we will be in touch.

Once again we have kept our prices LOW for the early bird passes - prices are the same as just 7 days skiing it really is great value for you.

PARENTS OF YOUNG KIDS
We have continued with the 2 parents 1 pass for parents with kids 6 years old and under. Parents can get a seasons pass so that one can ski or board while the other looks after the kids, then swap over and the other parent gets a ski or board. There are a number of additional application requirements just to ensure this system does not get mis-used. So if you see value in this pass then take advantage at the early bird rate!. This concept ONLY applies to seasons passes NOT multiday passes and day passes.

What are the full benefits of a Rainbow seasons pass?

As a Rainbow seasons pass holder there are some significant benefits you need to be aware of , these include reciprocal rights, and all rainbow membership benefits.
