The Te Tau Ihu top-of-the-south region is very fortunate to have strong community support that enables Rainbow to offer winter alpine recreation opportunities for everyone. Rainbow Sports Club is a not for profit organisation that has successfully run Rainbow Ski Area for the last eight seasons. This has been made possible by the hundred's of volunteer days that are put in every year by contributors from club members to interested tradespeople to companies who share the vision of keeping the Rainbow a sustainable community asset.
